As he drove down the road, he was always commenting on the growth of crops. He liked nothing better than to drive the auger cart or ride in the big planters and combines. His parents bought the farm in 1925, and he sold the land to his cousins, Dave, Larry and Jerry, in 1999. Larry loved the land and was so proud that he lived in the same house all his life. He was a member of the Stark County Farm Bureau and the Congregational Church in Stark. He farmed for 50 years and worked security at Kress Corp. Larry was a 1957 graduate of Wyoming High School. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, sister Marilyn and brothers Frank and Kenny.
